Tracy brings 25 years of expertise across law, community housing and the NFP sector — a rare combination that has made her a very successful funding strategist.

Over the past eight years Tracy has secured more than $150 million in State and Federal funding for community organisations — and since 2022 has won the highest number of government-funded construction projects in the Northern Rivers region.

Tracy began her career in criminal prosecutions, holding dual admission to the Bar in Queensland and the ACT. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism — two disciplines that sit at the heart of everything she does.
